Description:
The Fusheng SAV series utilizes a sophisticated and patented helical rotor tooth design, distinguishing it as an “Oil Injected screw compressor”. This compressor integrates a specially-made one-piece casing, an intelligent variable-frequency drive, and a control system to achieve high efficiency, low energy consumption, and consistent performance. Operating between 22kW to 220kW horsepower, it delivers a discharge volume ranging from 1.30m3/min to 42.0m3/min (“oil injected screw air compressor”) at pressures from 7.0kg/cm2G to 13.0kg/cm2G, meeting international energy efficiency standards.
The design emphasizes balanced operation, low vibration, and quiet performance, facilitating easy maintenance and space utilization. It incorporates advanced features such as a high-efficiency flow field in the cooling channel and a high-precision oil filter. e-COOL™ represents environmentally-friendly technology that optimizes compressor efficiency and reliability by integrating smart layout, strategic component selection and placement, and enhanced cooling airflow management. It incorporates high-efficiency front-tilted centrifugal fans and independent cooling channels to ensure robust forced convection and effective cooling. This design minimizes thermal stress on components, reducing internal compressor temperatures. High Performance Airends-The rotors are manufactured with special techniques developed from Fusheng’s R&D center in Germany and are 100% reliable for continuous operation. The upgraded high-end gear tooth allows for high capacity usage and energy-saving demands. The optimized air suction design maximizes rotor usage to improve compression efficiency.
The airend is driven by the main motor via a gear set instead of a belt and pulley, therefore reducing the loss of power transmission. The direct driven airend and drivetrain work together with the IE3 ultra high-efficiency motor to create a high-performance system.
VSD Models – The SAV Series are ideal for environments where air volume needs fluctuate. These compressors feature variable frequency drives (VFDs) that adjust motor speed based on demand, cutting energy use by more than 35%. Smooth motor starts avoid peak currents when frequency changes occur. A multi-machine controller fine-tunes operations as needed. Integrating VFD and fixed-speed compressors minimizes wear from frequent starts and stops, enhancing equipment lifespan and stabilizing the power grid for efficient, economical operation.
